Joanne Zammit creates jewellery and accessories in her home studio in Rabat, Malta. As a Maltese artist, Joanne’s work is mostly inspired by her home country and the beautiful sea all around, often featuring sea urchin shells.
Joanne also uses pearls, semi-precious stones, and high quality beads and crystals in various creations, from simple everyday pieces to glamorous designs for special occasions and a range of bridal jewellery and hair accessories.
One recurring characteristic of her work is the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Joanne is a member of the Beadsmith Inspiration Squad, a select group of designers from around the world. Her beadwork designs and tutorials have been published internationally and she has given beading workshops in Italy and Germany.
