In the latest Meet the Artisans session, we visited mosaic artist Ray Aquilina, who explained the process he goes through to create his beautiful works by placing one colourful piece of glass next to the other.
While mosaic has been practised in Malta for centuries, some artists such as Ray are bringing in innovative elements to the tradition.
