The Developments and Opportunities for the local Crafts sector were the focus of a conference for artisans organized by the Commerce Department within the Ministry for the Economy, European Funds and Lands, with the support of the Malta Crafts Foundation and the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority.
Following a speech by the Hon. Minister Silvio Schembri, CEO Elton Micallef delivered a presentation outlining the initiatives being taken by the Malta Crafts Foundation, including opportunities being generated for the benefit of the local artisan sector.
