The second session of Meet the Artisans was held at the workplace of Gozitan artisan Alda Bugeja, who gave a demonstration of the crafts of weaving and macramé.
With years of experience in these crafts, Alda is also keen to transmit her knowledge to the next generations, as was evident during the well-attended event in Rabat, Gozo.
Participants’ attendance was also marked on their artisan passports after the session. At the end of the series, those who have the largest amount of stamps will enter the chance to win a fabulous prize.
