The Crafting Ahead conference organised by the Malta Crafts Foundation provided a platform for a very fruitful discussion about the current status of the artisanal sector in Malta and the challenges that it is facing, with a look towards the future of the sector.
The feedback provided by the artisans during the conference will be added to prior research carried out by the Malta Crafts Foundation and addressed in the drafting of the national strategy for the artisanal sector for the coming years, thereby ensuring that the strategy truly reflects the needs of the artisanal sector.
