Are you an aspiring chef, or perhaps simply enjoy entertaining at home and want to impress with the next meal you prepare?

Then join us for the designMT thematic series focusing on Flavour by Design, crafted in collaboration with the Institute of Tourism Studies, where local artisanal products take the centre stage in a Creative Artisanal Cooking Session.

In the first session of this hands-on series, participants will have the chance to work with a variety of locally produced ingredients — from fresh cheeses and honey, to marmalades, relishes, and tapenades — to create an appetizer and a starter that truly honour the rich flavours of our islands.

Put your apron on and come along to the ITS Training School in Luqa on Thursday, April 24th, between 17:00h and 21:00h, to discover new ways to celebrate local craftsmanship and design through delicious food.
