An early cheers to the upcoming festive season, for our last session of Meet the Artisans of the year we visited the Lord Chambray brewery in Xewkija, Gozo to view how artisanal beer is made, with brewer Samuele D’Imperio showing us around and explaining the process that goes into preparing those special brews.
